Preset Prompts
What Are Preset Prompts?
Preset prompts are ready-made goal starters that let you begin tracking a financial objective immediately. Instead of figuring out how to phrase your goal or which category it belongs to, you pick a prompt that matches your situation, and NeoCash creates a fully configured goal with the right category, dashboard type, and initial AI context.
There are 32 preset prompts in total, four for each of the eight goal categories. Each prompt is written as a realistic financial planning request that the AI can immediately begin helping you with.
How to Use a Preset Prompt
- Open the goals screen and select “New Goal.”
- Browse the categories or scroll through all available prompts.
- Tap or click a prompt that fits your situation.
- NeoCash creates the goal, assigns the correct category, sets up the dashboard, and opens a conversation thread.
- The AI responds to the prompt with an initial assessment and follow-up questions tailored to your situation.
You can edit the prompt text before submitting if you want to customize it. The category assignment is based on the prompt template, so it will be correct by default.
